Re-Expression

I am experiencing so much - thinking so much, feeling so much - lately, that I am not quite sure how to write it all down. I am almost at loss for words and ways to express myself. So, I know I don't usually post such things here, but

Play

So prose didn't work,
I was somewhat repressed -
To verse I return, nothing less.
With a bit of more work, and
A play with the words,
I think the express will begin.

So if you've been wondering where I've been posting... you know where to look. :)

Hope everyone is well - See you. =)

Play
Since some recent time, the idea of 'play' is getting more and more on my mind. I suppose it began with reading about 'ludic love', a psychological style of love in which the lover treats it as a game. And then i studied postmodernism in philosophy some time back, and while modernism in arts and literature was concerned with 'purpose', postmodernism is more concerned with 'play'.
And just two days back a cousin asked me, "what is life? Tell me in one word" And, not surprisingly, i said, "Life is a game". :)

And well, it helps in many ways... play is an alternative when a lack of purpose [or lack of unified purpose] is disturbing you. Play with thoughts, play with words, play with styles... and you'll discover a lot of new things.

Sorry, i suppose the comments are not very relevant to your post, but that's what immediately came to my mind when i read it.
