There is the stress of too much work (which is quite a lot at the moment, it's unbelievable), which is augmented by the stresses of life. And there have been a lot of those lately. The stresses of life are harder to pinpoint and harder to deal with... and they affect you in ways and magnitudes that aren't always immediately apparent. *sigh*
